Grand Prix mótið verður haldið laugardaginn, 26. febrúar. (English below). Mótið er ætlað iðkendum á aldrinum 12-16 ára. Á mótinu er keppt bæði í kata og kumite. Ef að áhugi er fyrir því að keppa þarf iðkandi eða forráðamaður að senda tölvupóst á thorshamar@thorshamar.is fyrir 22. febrúar. Í tölvupóstinu þarf að segja hvort iðkandi ætli að keppa í bæði kata eða kumite, eða bæði. Ef iðkandi ætlar að keppa í kumite þarf þyngdartalan að fylgja með í tölvupóstinu. Grand Prix tournament February 26th
The Grand Prix will be held on Saturday, February 26th. The tournament is intended for practitioners aged 12-16. Practitonars can compete in both kata and kumite at the tournament. If you are interested in competing, the practitioner or guardian must send an e-mail to thorshamar@thorshamar.is before 22 February. The e-mail must state whether the practitioner intends to compete in either kata or kumite, or both. If a practitioner intends to compete in kumite, the weight number must be included in the email. All basic information will be sent to competitors later by e-mail.
